This page explains how Tuexpo Voice uses Google account data when a user connects Gmail or Google Workspace to the platform.
Tuexpo Voice connects to Google email accounts only when an authorized user chooses to connect their account. The purpose is to allow the user or company to manage business email conversations inside the CRM.

Google user data is used only to provide user-facing CRM and communication features, including:
Access tokens and related connection data are stored server-side and used only by Tuexpo Voice systems to perform authorized actions. Access is limited by tenant isolation, user permissions and operational security controls.
Users can disconnect or revoke access to their Google account. Revocation may be performed in Tuexpo Voice when available, or directly from the user's Google Account security permissions.
