1. Who we are

Tuexpo Voice is operated by Tuexpo Brasil Ltda. The platform helps businesses manage customer conversations, CRM records, WhatsApp communication, email communication, automation workflows, appointments and AI-assisted sales or support processes.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the features used, Tuexpo Voice may process:

• Business account information such as company name, users, roles and contact details.
• CRM contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, tags, notes and pipeline stages.
• Communication content such as WhatsApp messages, emails, internal notes and related metadata.
• Calendar and appointment information when scheduling features are enabled.
• Technical logs necessary for security, debugging, delivery status and service reliability.

3. How we use information

We use data to provide and improve the platform, including:

• Managing customer conversations and CRM history.
• Sending and receiving messages or emails on behalf of authorized users.
• Automating follow-ups, reminders and operational workflows.
• Providing AI-assisted responses, summaries, recommendations and sales support.
• Maintaining security, auditability, reliability and user access controls.

4. Google user data

If a user connects a Google account, Tuexpo Voice may request permission to send emails and read email messages only for CRM communication, conversation history, reply synchronization and user-authorized business workflows.

Tuexpo Voice does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not used for advertising. Access is limited to the features explicitly provided inside the Tuexpo Voice platform.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email, messaging, AI or automation providers only as necessary to deliver the service, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data security

We use role-based access controls, tenant isolation, server-side access controls and operational safeguards to protect customer data. Access to connected accounts is limited to authorized users and system processes required for the service.

7. Data retention and deletion

Business data is retained while the customer account remains active or as required for legitimate operational, legal or security purposes. Customers may request deletion or export of their data by contacting us.

8. User control and revocation

Users may disconnect connected email or Google accounts from Tuexpo Voice when supported in the platform. Users may also revoke Google access from their Google Account permissions page.
